CARB has implemented very onerous and confusing rules for all Off-Road Diesel fleets.

Ignorance cannot be an excuse as CARB enforcement personnel have commented that they will catch somebody out of compliance and "make an example of them" for other fleet owners. 

Fines can run to $10,000 per day for non compliance!
